Alex Bolar

is based out of Atlanta,GA where he was born and raised. After a year spent at Fort Valley State University with a undecided major Alex took off a semester and got his first taste of working in restaurants. Shortly after went on to receive his Culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta. After working at various restaurants around Atlanta the young cook continues to cook by starting his own Pop-Up Restaurant "Eclair".
